ORDER CONFIRMATION & RETURN POLICY

Order Confirmation

By placing an order on the Juna Label website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timelines
  • You agree to follow the return procedure outlined below
  • In the case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy, along with order records and communication history, may be used as supporting evidence

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that all conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as received
  • Only standard product inspection is allowed

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or misuse

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Support@JunaLabel.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
    • Full name and shipping address
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item

⚠️ Important:

  • Do not return items without approval
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the defect

After verification:

  • A replacement may be offered (depending on availability)
  • In some cases, a return may not be required

Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost during shipping:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking details
  • We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier

If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused at delivery
  • Not collected
  • Returned due to incorrect address

A $35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and shipping costs.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
  • If already shipped, you must follow the return process

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first.

We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide:

  • Shipping and tracking information
  • Communication records

Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.

Important Information

  • All returns must be shipped to our designated fulfillment center
  • Return shipping costs are not covered
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs issues
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be unused to qualify for return
  • Used or unsanitary items will not be accepted
